- When you book a space, you are granted full access to your designated space, the general area for breaks and networking, and the restroom. By agreeing, you acknowledge that access to any unbooked spaces, including those not booked by you or any affiliated third party, is strictly prohibited.
- Each space is equipped to an optimal standard for learning and productivity. By agreeing, you confirm that you will not move any furniture between spaces or other areas.
- Workspace operates on rented property, with the back area owned and controlled by the landlord. All booked customers and their visitors agree to remain within the designated Workspace premises, which include the entire front and indoor areas.
- To protect both your property and ours, you agree not to share lock codes with unbooked customers or visitors
- To ensure customer satisfaction, prevent overcrowding, and avoid unnecessary damages, each visitor has a 30-minute time limit, with an additional 15-minute grace period to book a space once the time has elapsed. By agreeing, you confirm that you will book a space for visitors after their 30-minute limit.
- Each booked customer is allowed up to two (2) visitors for smaller spaces and up to four (4) visitors for larger spaces at a time. By agreeing, you confirm that you will adhere to the visitor limit for your space or book an additional space for any extra guests.
